Installment Deferment
The Deferment screen (`deferment.php`) supports deferring one or more installments to a later date while applying product-specific rules on interest and fees.
User Story
As a servicing officer, I want to defer upcoming or due installments for eligible customers, so that we can handle hardship or holiday scenarios without breaking repayment schedules.

- Regulatory or bank-announced payment holidays.
- Customer-specific hardship programmes.
- Operational deferments linked to deferment fee products.
