Configuration & Master Data

The Configuration screen (`configuration.php`) is the one-stop area for product, parameter and code tables used across the LMS.

User Story

As a product or operations admin, I want to configure products, fees, reasons and operational parameters centrally, so that front-line users work with consistent and controlled values.

Scope Examples

  • Product definitions and pricing parameters.
  • Reason codes for rejections, waivers, write-offs and complaints.
  • System parameters such as cut-off times and grace periods.
