Collection Reports
The Collection Report (`collection-report.php`) provides operational and analytical views of overdue loans, collection activities and performance KPIs for the collections team.
User Story
As a collections manager, I want standard reports that show overdue volumes, values, ageing buckets and collector performance, so that I can steer daily collections strategy and staffing.

- Monitoring DPD buckets and roll rates across the portfolio.
- Tracking promise-to-pay and broken promise behaviour.
