Audit Log & Traceability
The Audit Log screen (`audit-log.php`) provides fine-grained visibility into all critical actions performed in the LMS: logins, data updates, servicing operations and approvals.
User Story
As a compliance officer or system administrator, I want a searchable history of who did what and when, so that I can investigate incidents and evidence regulatory compliance.
Use-Cases
- Tracing all changes made to a specific loan or customer account.
- Checking which user approved a deferment, waiver or write-off.
